Around the hard, unkempt, sloping pitches...

EDITS TO FIX SCORE IN OLD BOYS V MAKOS

Fernhill (our next opponents) slumped to their third 7-0 defeat in a row against Jamberoo, who as a result have now moved into second place - 5 points behind the mighty Chogs.

Also on 10 points are the Puma Masters who had a 1-1 draw with Albion Park (and that was just the number of players from each side admitted to hospital).
The Pumas and Jamberoo have 3-1-1 records.

Shellharbour are fourth following a 5-2 victory over Old Boys FC.

In the weekends other game, Uni Gangrenes reverted to type, scoring two but conceding six against Russell Vale - who with their game in hand could well join the chasing pack on 10 points.

Roo, the IAFA web showing Makos 5 Old Boys 2 on front page at the moment. No shouts showing either.

I put a shout out to find the correct score. 5-2 sounds more believable than 5-7
